MEMEBERSHIPS

All Memberships are final and no refund will be offered.

TICKETS

Please refer to the cancellation and return policy for your specific event. In the event no cancellation and refund policy is listed, all ticket sales are final and no refund will be offered unless the organiser of the event cancel.

MERCHANDISE

We offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items, returned in original condition, with all tags still attached. Items must not have been worn or washed and intention of return must be made within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Please follow our returns process below:

1. Email hello@jamorange.com.au with your order number, within 5 days of the date of delivery, advising that you would like to return for a refund or exchange.
2. You will receive an email response with a request to return your item to

Jam Orange is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. We recommend you include tracking and insurance for your protection.

Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. Jam Orange reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, they will be checked over prior to final approval to process your refund*. Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned garment(s). Shipping costs will not be refunded.

– In original condition – unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged within 14 days.

– With all tags, stickers and any protective packaging attached and intact.

– With a copy of the original purchase receipt (detailing the order number, customer name, address and date of order).

*Please note that refunds are not offered on sale items or items purchased using a discount code as part of a sale promotion, all discounted items are considered final sale.
